So Cal Hoedown announces 2020 date, partial lineup - The Daily Breeze

Things are going to be a lot hotter at the So Cal Hoedown in 2020 when the fourth edition of festival returns to San Pedro and it moves from a fall show to a summer jam.

Tickets are on sale for the Aug. 22 punk and rockabilly-driven hootenanny at the Port of Los Angeles at 3011 Miner St.

The lineup so far includes fusion ska/funk/punk rockers Fishbone, as well as Black Flag, Long Beach’s TSOL, Riverside’s four-piece punk band Throw Rag, Orange County punk band The Heroes, plus The Untouchables, Love Canal and Cornfed Project.

More acts are expected to be announced in the coming months.

This year, the Hoedown moved from Santa Ana to San Pedro for an October show that included more than 20 bands on three stages with acts such as Suicidal Tendencies and Bay Area punk legends Dead Kennedys.

Early bird tickets are $50.12 and can be purchased at socalhoedown.com.

Children ages 10 and younger get in for free.
