After headlining major festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza this year, Kevin Parker's acclaimed psychedelic rock group Tame Impala is going on a 23-city North American tour next summer — and Milwaukee is the second stop.
The band will be at Fiserv Forum May 30 – across the street from Turner Hall Ballroom, where Tame Impala played its first Milwaukee show in 2013. This will be the band's first Milwaukee show since playing the Riverside Theater in 2015. Perfume Genius will open.
The tour follows the Valentine's Day release of Tame Impala's new album "The Slow Rush." Tickets for the Milwaukee date go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, available at the box office (1111 N. Phillips Ave.), by calling (800) 745-3000 or visiting ticketmaster.com. Prices have yet to be announced. Presales will begin Wednesday.
